PFSA is a companion product for the textbook "Forecast Scheduling with Microsoft Project 2010/2013" that has an 80-point checklist in the Summary chapter. PFSA automates 50 of the 80 checks and provides detailed feedback on the violating tasks or resources. Schedule auditors (PMO) can quickly review schedules and produce a detailed report in MS Word with PFSA.

Software: PathsPro 2010/2013 (formerly PCCP) - version 10.2.3
You will benefit from our add-in for Microsoft Project 2010 and 2013 if you have a resource-constrained project. Our add-in can find the Resource-Critical Path in a resource-constrained schedule, which is hard to do manually. In addition, you will benefit if you find the Critical Paths in your schedules incomplete or incomprehensible. Our add-in will make your Critical Path complete and explain any gaps in it in an easy-to-read, custom-made Gantt Chart, all presented within Microsoft Project itself, so you can start optimizing the Critical Path right away. You will always know what your most Critical Path is in your schedule. PathsPro makes MS Project compliant with the Critical Path 2.0 Standard.

Software: CrossLinksPro 2010/2013 (formerly PPMS) - version 10.1.0
CrossLinksPro for Project 2007, 2010 or 2013 allows you to manage and monitor hundreds of cross-project dependencies with Microsoft Project, which is hard to do with Microsoft Project by itself. CrossLinksPro will create the cross-project dependencies in automated fashion and generate the integrated master schedule. You can then find the Program Critical Path and optimize it. Eventually, CrossLinksPro will automatically remove all cross-project dependencies again replacing them with Start-No-Earlier-Than constraints. You can then give the standalone subproject schedules back to the subproject managers for the next round of updating or store them in your document management system. CrossLinksPro can also create a single schedule from a set of master and sub schedules.

Software: CurvesPro 2010/2013 (formerly PSC) - version 10.1.1
You will benefit from our add-in for Microsoft Project 2010 and 2013 if you need to create traditional Earned Value charts from your MS Project schedules. PSC will generate correct and reliable Earned Value charts from any single MS Project schedule. PSC can also create an S-curve chart for the effort in your project (called 'Work' in MS Project) which allows you to track your project on Earned Work versus Planned Work and Actual Work. This is beneficial if your project is more about labor than about money.
