We commit to you, the client, that:
-
You will receive the best materials possible
At ProjectPro, we strive to create the best content possible on project and portfolio management software from Microsoft. The content is always well-researched, up‑to‑date, tested and true. Our materials have been praised by the professional community. For example, PMI's Project Management Journal said about the 2002 edition of the Dynamic Scheduling book "A must read, reread, and use daily for all project managers".
- As our client, you are our reason for being
At ProjectPro, we are committed to your satisfaction. We acquire clear understanding of your expectations and we commit to meeting, if not exceeding, those expectations.
- You will receive unbiased information
We will give you objective information in our courses; we like to talk straight. If there is a bug, we will tell you (and Microsoft, of course). We will provide a work‑around when available.
- You can learn the way you want
Whether you are an auditory, visual or kinesthetic (hands‑on) learner, we always make sure that your learning style is well-served. We also provide several options for learning:
- from learn-when-you-can, self-paced courses to scheduled classes
- from learn-wherever-you-are, web‑based courses to face‑to‑face classes
- from learn-on-your-own, self‑paced courses to live‑and‑interactive training
- You can learn where you want
We have an international focus; we reach out to the entire world through web‑based training and through partnering with organizations abroad.
- You can measure what you learned
We believe that training is not just a perk for employees, but the means to realize targeted changes within organizations. We like to see that organizations measure what was learned in order to track progress on achieving the targets. Measuring is of particular importance for those organizations that are trying to adapt quickly but thoroughly to new business processes and technology.
